wangerin. you're gonna need an impedance cable anyways. APureSound has small impedance plugs that i think you could ask them to customize for iphone. Im going DIY though. Silver cables just sound/look o so sweet.

I think you can sell the SE530 but keep your ER-6i.
Keep ER-6i because it's universal fit would sometime be more convenient than custom fits.
Sell SE530 because it's expensive but too much overlapped with your new FreQ Show.

I will wait until you get your FreQ Shows (so that you have something to hear in the meantime) and see how you like their SQ, and then sell everything else you are not going to use, specially the SE530's

Seriously...get a Headsix and put it in low gain mode. Freaking awesome! Huge improvement over Visely (which is nothing to nseeze at). The soundstage of these just opens up much more.....a great pairing!

My setup is complete, for the most part. I am going to build another LOD using Mogami Neglex wires in a braided configuration so I have some LOD variety (between 21awg and my current 18awg).

Beware though, you will hear the hiss on recordings and low bitrates will sound aweful! *you know it is the recordings because the amp produces no hiss by itself.*

Yeah, they're the replacement cord that UE sent me for my SF5's. They just clip them and wire them in, and because the entire cord is sheathed the tubing essentially never ends.
