I missed that it was posted? Too busy arguing about that website. LOL

I ordered two as well as a present for my son. The surprise boxes like that are fun to open see if you get lucky. It's like buying scratch off cards, only you definitely win something :)

I bought one of the MEElectronics grab bags once, the headphones they sent me lasted a whole week before cutting out completely. Can't remember which ones, I think it was the 29.99 one...now they are in a landfill somewhere. Enjoy!

Keep in mind though that it's just his opinion. Personally I take his reviews with as much salt as anyone elses; they only really have a value if you agree with the reviewer.

^indeed, reviews are also most useful when you have multiple reviews on the same object so you can compare the differing opinions to get a general consensus on the object in question.

I've bought 4 pairs of meelecs, 2 from the grab bag before, and 2 for the gym, and all have had annoying driver flex to the point that I couldn't stand using them, even the sport.fi for use at the gym. If you are sensitive to driver flex, steer very clear IMO.

On the contrary my s6s' have lasted over a year of heavy abuse (sweat) and still sound the same as the did when I got them (not too great, lacks mids but boosted high/low end was fun to listen to)

Ordered 2 pairs just because, for $24 + shipping you can't go wrong, especially for a pair of beat 'em up/throw around IEMs. Be here tomorrow, hopefully, see what I get

I have a tracking number, but no actual info yet, I'm guessing early next week, well hoping at least.  I don't expect I'll keep either of these myself, but should make for nice random presents.

The meelecs are great for gifts and I always get in on the mee what fun. Of course, most meelecs aren't anything special but for this money you can't go wrong, so I don't see why scores and reviews have to be discussed when we're talking about 12 bucks - I doubt someone is expecting a hi-fi sound from these (or at least I hope so). And yeah, most meelecs are pretty durable.

The last time Meelectronics had a deal (m6 and s6?) I recommended them to many friends. All are very happy including myself. They went with the armband and control models (s6?) and I got the cheaper m6 for the gym. It isolates surprisingly well even on the motorcycle and sound is amazing considering the m6 cost $16.

Don't! They have good warranty, just contact them and they will send you a replacement.
