They are pretty midrange forward, very detailed, pretty clear. One of the cables is useless, as some reviewers have pointed out, but they are good overall. EXTREMELY analytical midrange, focused on detail and speed. Needs a lot of power to sound good, and is picky about sources. Extremely comfortable. Overall, if you want a really really detailed mid-forward IEM, if you want a clean and clear sound, and if you would like to tinker with pairings. For 170 USD, it is the best midrange-forward IEM I know of, in terms of detail and resolution.
