I guess that last guy was expecting a newborn kitten or perhaps a brick of gold to be in the box as well?

I didn’t have any QC problems with any of the items I bought (knock on wood). So I have no idea what their dispute/customer service is like.

I would pay with PayPoop if possible. Then you can at least have PayPoop step in if something goes south and JoyBuy won’t help.

I can’t tell if the hinges are plastic or metal. A number of those joybuy reviews say the headphones are heavy, which leads me to believe the hinges are metal.

Every pair of headphones I ever purchased came with a newborn kitten. I thought it was standard equipment.
