FLASH SALE

Simgot EN700 Pro at Penon Audio for $120, down from $150.
https://penonaudio.com/simgot-en700-pro.html

Ends in 2 hours, 24 minutes.

EDIT: According to the timer the deal has expired, but it's still showing up on the Penon website for that price, so it may still be worth trying if you're interested in the IEM. It may still work, who knows.

Newegg Flash has a deal on the ASUS Impresario SBW-S1 PRO, which is a "USB 7.1 Sound Card / DAC with Blu-ray writer with 600 ohm headphone amp 114dB SNR 24-bit / 192kHz". Use promo code NEFPSKU20 to drop the price to $169.99:

Compatible with Mac and PC, it is certainly a unique product... if you're looking for all that in one compact computer peripheral, there's not much else like it. I found a unboxing/review video here:

Interesting little device here...
It is nice looking, at least in the photos.

It appears to be a combination of Xonar DSX sound card (about $60) plus a TI TPA6120A2 based headphone amp (compare to SMSL SAP II Pro and others ($67) plus an external USB 2.0 Blu-Ray Burner (about $65) plus some slightly out of date software in a nice compact box.

Apparently USB 2.0 is fine for watching Blu-ray movies, but if you are using the drive for data reading/storage it is pretty slow. Not sure if anyone uses them for data anymore.

I am usually a sucker for odd discounted things like this, but I will pass this time because I cannot see myself using it much.

Just came from my local Sam's Club. They had the SanDisk Ultra micro SDXC UHS-1 card marked down to $29.88 from $40. Perfect for my new DAP.

Edit : 128GB

What does that mean? Price reductions?
Probably means an Audeze rep will be there, probably showing off the new LCD-2 closed ($999 estimated, also July estimated) that will only be available through dealers (i'm told), and the store likely will be "featuring" audeze products. e.g, all the stuff will be out on prominent display.
