Contacted the seller Focus. Strangely, the deal is only available through Newegg and not Focus website. Lowest Focus would do was $199.

The "open box" situation is separate and apart from what I addressed in my first sentence.  Never-the-less often the "open box" has never been opened--or opened just to say that it was.

These are very decent, and comfortable to me, headphones for outdoor wearing. They are not foldable, but each earcup is individually adjustable, so great for those of us that wear glasses.
Smaller than over ear and larger than on ear. I call the (.75)overear. My average size ears don't mind getting tucked in a little.
