The BEST full sized headphones for $30 USD or less (updated Nov. 27 2013)?

I got my Maxells today that I ordered a week ago, I think from the same seller tc ordered from (they're based in San Diego). And while my ears still aren't quite so sensitive to the subtleties of audio, and they're fresh out of the box as of a couple hours ago, I'd have to agree with the reviews here. They sound very clear. They do leak at higher volume levels, but I don't feel the need to blast my ears anyway. Also they aren't made of titanium for sure but they feel more flexible than fragile. I'll listen to them some more later.

I will say JVC HA-RX900 for 33 USD on amazon. Then just make a easy mod on em to tame the bass there you go. Really good.

I honestly can't believe this thread reached 13 pages. I didn't even bother looking at this thread during work because it was such a.. insignificant subject. Wow, just wow. Choose a random 30 dollar headphone, it's not much of a loss if you don't like it. You'll be spending MUCH, MUCH MORE later on. Trust me. 

 
Oh and +1 for Koss PortaPro. I heard them from a friend of mine, definitely a good budget headphone. It's no HD 800s, but it gets the job done well.

Guys, he got the Maxells. And seriously, this is the longest thread for a budget headphone recommendation ever.
 
And I know his situation. It makes perfect sense. Kinda overkill though.

I've never spent over $100 on headphones.

Dumb luck FTW! I don't think I will soon either. My next headphones are Fostex T50RPs which are around $80.
