We all started somewhere and we all reach a glass ceiling called individual budget limit. But I think we all enjoy our current setup pretty much to the same extent. That's what we all share.
It might be budget limit, it might be available space limit, it might be some other limit (wife, kids, dogs etc.)
The main thing is the music should not be limited

MSB combo is a great and unique system, it has a dual output transformer that can adjust output current automatically with different headphones, even with IEMs.@gimmeheadroom there is not such thing... its just a temporary victory - show me anybody sane who would give up this chase to simply enjoy music instead of chasing all the possible improvements
@eddie0817 congrats on great setup: could you share your experience with MSB please?
When I plug in SONY IER-ZIR and Abyss 1266 into MSB it shows a similar volume level of around 60~70, which is already enough for the usual listening experience.
I don't need to worry if my amp cant drive 1266 properly, just plug it in and enjoy music.

Just some thought inspired by this amazing thread and everyone’s interesting systems, I’m trying to do some home visitations in my channels in the future sponsored by my own passion and love for music lol. Audio shows can’t excite me anymore knowing the best systems are hidden at your homes, the true master pieces of years of hard works, experimentation, and research in building your end games.
