Android.

You surprise gentlemen. For other manufacturers, it is easy to make playback without pauses. And there's no way you can do that.Who works for you as a programmer?Fire me.Why would I clog up the player with third-party software if I can use yours. And then, how to change the sound in firmware 1.71 to m 6pro - we know how, but there is no way to make playback without pauses.

That was the easiest update I've ever done. It's reset everything though and I've lost the shortcut to the eq under the album art, looked in settings but can't see how to get it back.
Shortcut to EQ is available in side menu on now playing screen (three dots in top right corner).

Do you have the Edifier app installed on M6? Is there anything in the app that can be changed for the used BT codec?

RE: Does not seem to be recharging:

I just had this happen to mine too, with the latest firmware:

1>Was playing it all the way to zero battery at which time the M6 shuts down.
2> Connected to a USB power outlet (no computer) for a couple of hours, does not appear to be charging and refuses to turn on or show any signs of life.
3> Connected to PC instead of a USB power port and press the on button....red LED glowed for a second, then she then booted up...shows 63% charged.

So I conclude that if battery goes dead flat and all seems lost to charge it, make sure you connect to a PC USB (instead of a USB power port) to bring it back to an 'awake' state...
Is the M6 able to charge from a USB powered while being used on USB dac mode ? Or is it the port not able to do both simultaneously ? I also wonder for the m8 by the way.

Yes, it can charge in USB DAC mode, you can turn charging On or Off directly on the screen.

Which part of the screen do I press in USB DAC mode to toggle charging on or off for the M8?

Only button I can press in USB DAC mode is Exit on the top right corner.

This function is not available on M8 due to its XMOS USB input.

Hello, I realise that people may have moved on from the M6, but after nearly three years mine is still going pretty strong. Except...

I've been having real trouble using bluetooth earphones on it. I had to send a couple back (Edifier Neobuds, Cambridge Melomania) because I just couldn't get them to connect with the M6, thinking it just a compatability problem. Then I got some Anker Liberty 3s and they worked fine, but once I got them paired and connected my Jabra 75t Elites stopped connecting with them. I recently got a pair of Earfun Air Pro 3s, but they also won't connect with the M6, even thought they connect with my phone and laptop and PC. The M6 keeps throwing up a message saying that the PIN number (which it never asks for) is wrong. I'm beginning to think, however, that the fault might be with the M6. Is it the issue of Android? It's really frustrating not being able to use wireless earbuds. I'm not that crazy with the Anker Liberty's, so I'd like a choice, but I don't seem to be able to get one.

Many thanks for any answers/advice
