Call J&R.com and try to talk a salesman into giving you some denon ah-d7000 phones for $550.  Spend the rest on an audio gd compass or something like that.

I've had meny different set ups over the last 20 years. The one I have now is by far the best I've owned.

Schiit Valhalla = $300.(bStock)
Schiit Bifrost = $300.(bStock)
Sennheiser HD650 = $400.

Does it matter if the headphones are open or closed?
What source(s) are you getting audio from?
Is this for music? movies? gaming?

Might I suggest you can spend less then $1,000 and still get some good audio.

before i tried beyer t5p, but t5p is uncomfortable, and sound wasn't good enough price.

I just used t5p with ipad, and iphone4s.

Do you think that asus Xonar + t70 would be better sound than t5p???

I really know nothing about the Beyer T5 (or T5p) or how they compare to the T70.
Apple products come with decent audio support, but a separate dedicated DAC and headphone amplifier might have made the T5ps sound better (guessing).
I own 6 Beyer headphones and I find them all comfortable.
Currently I'm using my Essence STX with my T70s, using foobar and listening to Christopher Cross Sail Away, sounds sweet.
Another option is getting a (used $50) Xonar DX or D1 sound card and a Audio GD NFB-12.1 (dual DACs), connect them using S/PDIF Toslink optical.
The DX/D1 provide Dolby Headphone surround sound and using an external DAC can provide protection from a computer's internal electrical noise.
