Only a few more days until my Noble 4 comes in. I can't wait to hear their neutral and true to the recording sound. They should be an upgrade to the ue900S (a tad to warm) I just sold and the etymotic er4S (nozzle kept breaking off) I had a while back. Can't wait to test them out on some lossless Radiohead and Pink Floyd tracks.

Hopefully you will really enjoy them. I've said before. If I couldn't have the K10 I would have been very happy with the 4. Great price/ performance ratio IMHO. Let us know how you like 'em.

I didn't find the UE900 warm at all; but then again, I love warm and bass-heavy sounding IEMs, so yeah, the UE900 was a little bit too thin for my tastes.
With that said, the Noble 4 brings to the table a slight increase in clarity and detail across the board. I'm not a huge fan of balanced or flat-sounding IEMs, but if I had to go for one, I'd happily pick the Noble 4.

Yeah I needed something more detailed and precise than the ue900S. The ue900S sounded a bit too veiled to me. And yeah to you Malevolent since you prefer warm and bass heavy iems then what might seem as bass heavy to me might be bass light to you. I guess I'm just used to the clean and tight bass of the er4S. I prefer a sound signature along the line of those beauties. That's why I picked the Noble 4.
Well to each his own, but I found the mentor to be pretty, Erm, well I didn't like them at all. The mason I've never tried. The legacy is not bad, but kinda thin and bright. The K10 isn't a technical Monster, but I kinda like it
