I'm sure they have satisfied customers too, I just wasn't one of them.

Did you order during their promo period in 2012? I understand their were pounded with orders and maybe relaxed their QA.
I am happy with my pair, build quality is very good. One ear was very painful at the beginning but it adjusted, now the earpiece slides in perfectly.

The labs sucks at communication so make sure you have a good UM rep locally.

Anyway I don't know any company who never messed up a few orders... except Noble?

Noble is comprised of people, mistakes will be made. That being said, steps are taken, procedures and policies are set in order to decrease mistakes.... But even then mistakes can be made, but when they are made, we try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible, & with the least amount of bother to the customer.

In this day & in this industry, you have to bring your A game, every day.

The need for new TV shows has never been higher than right now. 3 times?!

Granted, you are always doing something else while watching, but still.

Yes 3 times, I was stuck in Bangkok for a few days, and then I also flew to America and watched on the plane (Peter dinkledge is amazing)

And yes I listened to the books while multi tasking.

Right who has got the N6 and the new sony zx1? Do they pair well? Or should i be looking at something else? People keep saying the amp on the zx1 is weak. It's a shame, because it looks great, and runs android.

Having used the N6, I can confirm that it is easy to drive and quite tolerant of different sources.

Regarding the Sony ZX1, quite a few respectable head-fiers swear it sounds excellent, but if power output remains a concern of yours (and a legitimate one, in my eyes) have you considered the Calyx-M or iBasso DX90?

Both are due for release within the next 1-4 weeks. The Calyx-M is closest to the ZX1, in terms of large touchscreen interface, etc., but in terms of SQ, the DX90 should very easily compete with the ZX1, and get close to the Calyx-M. In terms of absolute SQ, we'll have to wait and see how far above it's price the DX90 will punch (probably quite high), but I anticipate that the Calyx-M will probably sound the best of the 3.

Thanks. I had seen that the dx90 was coming out soon. The only issue I have with that is that I wasn't impressed by the dx50, and didn't like the user interface. I'm sure a lot of the bugs have been ironed out though, and the user interface may be better.  But I will have a look at the Calyx-M.:)

nah, I'm going to defend the ZX1 here... it is a exceptional DAP that will power all Noble CiEM/IEM's pretty easily (except the high impedance 'switch' products), there's a big update for the ZX1 this month, if Sony's history repeats itself the ZX1 will be better because of it.

I won't get into which DAP is the best malarkey because it will boil down to what sound signature you're after... if you really want some good advice, find a good source you're happy with & invest in a Hugo.
