Hardly, Noble is stepping up for the manufacturer issue, just like most do, but that doesn't make it Nobles fault that the part failed, broke etc.
I think it's time to give up @animalsrush

I dont imagine beating the same drum over over again helps matters.
One of the steps we are taking is recessing the socket deeper with any luck may decrease the use of second hand cables. These "will it fit" experiments are taking a toll for sure.
I have had a Khan for 6 months without any problems, or at least until it was stolen. (Loaned it to a cable manufacturer which then subsequently "loaned" it to someone else)
It was the first to ever be built no serial numbers no signatures etc.
I have another one today.... everything works fine.... then again I'm not much for cable swaping.
Hey, I don’t really think I’ve been beating the same drum over and over again. I posted a question about the issue, and @Watagump said that there are socket changes in the works, which seems like a perfectly reasonable and commendable response to me.
I’m just mostly responding to questions asking for images, etc., and responding to the idea that the consumers are to blame. If someone isn’t changing cables and yet the 2-pin connector/socket does that, I would hazard a guess and say that it’s not user error.
Overly defensive responses prompt further questions/concerns - who knew?
Getting back to the Khan. I am listening to Live in Tokyo by Larry Carlton and Robben Ford out of my hugo2 with the mscaler with the khan and it sounds incredible. The bass is just so visceral but not bloated or overstated and the guitars sound incredible. If you have tidal this album is definitely worth a listen if you like great guitar playing and well recorded music. I was actually turned on to this by Peter from Magico burnable from this album is one of his demo tracks. I was able to hear it on a pair of Magico M6 with two Q-sub18s and did it sound magical the khan is able to capture most of that magic at less than1/200th of the cost. I would say that is a bargain.

Yep
For me
The bass is addictive....
Which is why I'm going to pull out my khans
And get some more time on them.
When you say bass, do you mean say it like base? Your brother says it like bass as in the fish.

I completely disagree. None of my other IEM’s have this issue and we both discussed it at CanJam. 64 Audio, for example, does not have this issue of sockets that are too tight for example. With my Encore I am just leaving the noble cable attached so I do not have a problem. For some reason, the sockets in your custom are larger. Tks.Noble is not the ones who are at fault in the socket issues, its other companies involved in making the sockets.
