Woohoo! Got my K10s back from reshell. I'll admit I was a bit surprised that I didnt get a new hard case with my name on it instead of the original owners

They look great and fit like a champ which is reassuring considering the lack of confidence I had in the audiologist who did my impressions

If you read over the description of "OTS"  (ownership transfer service) you will see no mention of receiving new packaging materials etc etc

Already have a Noble CIEM, but need it recrafted? The Ownership Transfer Service (OTS) allows the second owner of any acrylic Noble CIEM to do just that. With all our tools at your disposal, the OTS is an attractive alternative to purchasing a new CIEM (that is if you can convince anybody to give theirs up).
Please note that the OTS service is only valid for the second owner of Noble acrylic CIEMs (not SLA, silicone, or Prestige CIEMs).

Just out of curiosity, has the website updated itself with the K10 Encore and Sage unit yet?

Enjoying possibly the best portable audio available ?

Oh yes. Quite a lot, actually. The K10 & Katana supplement eachother perfectly! Both have tons of detail and a very musical sound, but their presentations are different enough to justify both. Btw, if any of you are into (progressive) metal, I'm pretty sure the Katana was designed for it. The combination of speed, punch and incredible resolution is a perfect match for that genre! But then if I switch to something electronic that benefits from a less "in you face" but still detailed  presentation, and with that extra "wump" in the bass, K10 is just the thing...

K10 owner here (for almost 2 years now!). I was wondering if anyone ever had an issue where their cable connectors would barely fit into their IEM?

I got two different Noble cables (the stock one and the glow in the dark one and have issues with both), while the connector fits perfectly onto the left IEM (hard to put into, hard to pull out), the right one barely stands in there.

If I slightly apply some pulling pressure, the connector will detach straight away. That caused me an issue once I had my K10 hanging on my hears and the right one detached itself and fell off.

Should I try to get another connector? Maybe slightly thicker?

I have noticed my litz cable is slightly loose now, and I mean very slightly. Not to any point of falling out, but after some wearing time I do see some space where I expect it to be more flush against the ear piece.
