I agree, never had a single problem with 5+ MMCX IEMs. I wonder what people do with them.I have five iems (Ito3, Lab2, Vega, Andromeda, F7200) with MMCX and none of them have ever given me a single problem. However, the two pins on my JH13Pros including the socket have been broken three times, I have to return to Jerry Harvey for repair three times costing me three hundred dollars or more. The socket for the two pin connector will first become loose and then the cable will fall off, very bad design. That is why JH audio eventually develop the locking four pin connector. Drew is not accurate on this.

Sweat on them a great deal, which I hope people aren't doing to their Andromedas, but at $200 people might do to their Comets.
I use only speakers for porn so I am fine.

More seriously, I hate wearing IEMs during sports, but for any other use, MMCX never failed me.I would assume you live alone, but then you don't strike me as someone with a lot of shame.
(For anyone else: from my experience, if you sweat a lot while exercising, MMCX connectors are more exposed than other types, and may corrode and fail faster - although exercise and sweat will kill any IEM eventually. For other uses I'd back up what others are saying for reliable brands like Campfire, MMCX is fine)
Me too. Keep posting.
Heck, I'm almost sold on the HiBi R3 and BTX1.
Recessed 2 pin, UE 2pin? How abt UE ipx?Drew needs to talk to Ken Ball. The Campfire MMCX is a quality connector unlike the cheaper ones found on a lot of other IEMs.
The 2 pin connector is horrible and prone to breakage, so what is the alternative? The T2?
Just curious, what do u use? I use the monk lite for workoutsMore seriously, I hate wearing IEMs during sports, but for any other use, MMCX never failed me.
