Sorry, what you meant by video lag?Did you encounter any video lag?
Going down the Element X path seems to be more cost efficient than buying a 2Go

Sorry I don't use the X with any video content so cannot answer you that.say for instance when watching YouTube or Netflix etc. with Element X connected to PC/laptop via home network
audio not in sync with visuals
In the datasheet of Element H or X-SPDIF 2 written current much less than the iFi psu gives (5V/2.5A, 9V/2A).

Oh, if you can ask manufacturer or link @, then it will be great. Thank you!Element H/X-SPDIF 2 most likely have in-built voltage regulators to adjust external voltage to required level, but I'd ask their manufacturer about this just to make sure.

As long as the voltage is correct, it will draw the amperage that is needed. That's how it works.E.g. if recommended voltage is 12V and current not less 1A, what will be if connect 12V and 2/3/4 A?
Yeah, I edited my post before you answered since I don't know if manufacturer represented here. What I meant is that you should ask the manufacturer since you have their products
Thanks. I'll try 9V iPower to power Element H.As long as the voltage is correct, it will draw the amperage that is needed. That's how it works.
One exception is those 5V 'fast chargers' that can be troublesome for 5V DACs etc.

And since I have 5V iPower and can test 9V iPower I've made my post

So it has issues streaming via Tidal?Lots of problems with Tidal playback, the playback queue is a mess, I wouldn’t recommend it
