To my taste midbass covers mids sound so oppressive to the head. By the way my friend who ordered jh13 too came completely to the same conclusions.

Mid bass covering mids?!!?!?!?!?!!? Weren't the jh13s supposed to be neutral just so that no frequency range is overpowered?

Maybe in someone's mind jh13 are neutral. For me - beyerdynamic dt250/250 are neutral and I assume from the way they sound.

Compared with JH13 - er4s has clear mids, without a touch of midbass, but the scene is very narrow and quantitatively little bass.

Then that's a relief I like the ety house sound but like a tad more bass so the jh13s would definitely be on my demo list!

Uh. I would not say "a tad" more, the bass is so much that it spoils the purity of the midrange. In any case - it is better to listen to the samples to make your own conclusion.

If I hear the sound of distorted voices - these headphones not for me.

Sounded more like the older 13pro or 16 with your description. 13pro fp have some bass but more balanced between subbass and midbass and definitely didn't sound overpowering to me. Midbass quantity would be sth like asg2>334>>jh13pro fp>=1p2>=re600>er4s with my experience.

I see you have CIEM of my dreams - 335DW, how do you rate them in comparison with JH13? Does it make sense to purchase both models?

 
The 335DW is beautiful but there is a lack of soundstage with it that drew me to try the JH13.

Sounds about right. My JH16 FP has a bit more mid bass than the 1p2 but it's definitely not overpowering or bleeding into anything else. Don't see how an FP 13 can have more mid bass than mine.
