How are these supposed to be worn? Under the chin or around the neck? I love the sound but it's very uncomfortable to wear...

So if I whant maximum comfort and quality poetic series to go? Module in middle?

Depends on the cable style you choose. Default, with the module placed on the right side or Pendant, with the module placed in the middle. Either one can be worn in front or behind you.

Yes that I understand about waring styles.

Thing is , if you got the module on right side it will hang on the wire and cause pressure on the iem eventually if you have a lose fit it can snug out the iem or simply be fatiguing in long run.

Is it possible to see some one waring the cable with an iems inserted in there ears, so we can have better perspective please?

It's very light, it won't pull on iem. (not the old one anyway).

Wouldn't wearing the module in the middle behind you defeat the purpose of the mic and controls? Seems more comfortable but also more awkward.
Wearing it under the ear is comfortable it's just that if I have to pull the IEM out, it hangs down. If I wear it over the neck, and pull out IEM, it's too easy to slide off. The CL2 module, tho not as good sound, you can wear around your neck easily.

Oh I see Thanks so much for the pictures, I think for me it will be best in the middle because that module is to close to the ear in my opinion. In my case will be creating tension or discomfort because I move a lot and its quiet shaky where I intend to use it :) :)

I though of this, I could use the module in middle and in front of the neck and attached with a clip ! that will be even better I think :)

Also, again, the version I have is very light, you don't even know it's there... My other complaint is the left cable always pops out from behind my ear... The cable has no kind of reinforcement or memory coat. You can tighten the clip, but it slides out easily... This of course is the first version, not this new version...

Yea I understand maybe wearing the cable behind ear and front neck would prevent that ear popout?

I also Just saw that the cables are thin and maybe going with 1 single cable like the echo version would be a more robust and would cover this holes tho the modules making it more dust proof as well, I will use mine in a truck and on the road, It has to be heavy duty for me :)
