Not really, that's a digital cable: one for digital in, the other for digital out. I think yours should come with a 3.5mm dock cable? That's the one for analog out

That's the case for the ones sold in China.  Suggest if you are buying to confirm with your local seller/distributor what types of cables are included.  That RCA Coaxial IN/OUT LOD cable is now sold separately for RMB299 in China.

HM901 vs Tera Player anyone?

Did you send your AK120 for modding or do you know about someone doing it? It's really going far to mod a $1300 DAP I think, but if you love it for the size, UI, build etc. and you wanna go all in then of course it may be the way to go.

Well I paid 1k and much prefer the form factor over 901...so if the RW mod is not too steep. Should be available soon.

I agree with LarsHP, the AK120 RWA mod, from just a purely cost perspective, makes very little sense than buying a 901.

Tested the AK 100 months ago, found they are no way better than my current 801 (personally). Tested the AK 120 which i found better than the AK 100, but still not up to the standard of the 801. In fact i am looking to buy the AK 120 since the 901 still not available till today. But after comparing with the 801, i decided to get the 901 from Moon Audio. I think Hifiman sound more of what i prefer so hope that the 901 to be better at least.

I agree with LarsHP, the AK120 RWA mod, from just a purely cost perspective, makes very little sense than buying a 901.

Having paid the ak120 1k, if the mod is under 400, and ai get sq close to 901, with 1 third of the size, better UI, better battery and much better design, against 901 at 1.3k with balanced amp, it makes a whole lot of sense to me.

Well the question is where can we find 1k AK120?!! It is still $1400 in hk and lowest used price I have seen is $1200...... Man you got a great deal and should just make some quick dough by flipping it on eBay!

Had them both now only the Tera stayed.
