that's possible. They all look similar. Sound awesome too, just not right for my music tastes though.

Caught a sight of a Grado SR-xx on Queen West a week ago. I'm still seeing GIs and Bose everywhere though. *shudders*

Sounds like I need to wander over with my Ultrasone's sometime. Though that does happen from time to time nowadays, since I seem to meet up with people around U of T quite often now. Well, that and Sherway <_<

Yesterday, on the main shopping street I saw a guy with HD215 and a moment later a girl with K-26P. Today the same guy on the same street and few hours earlier another one with RP-DJ1200.

I saw some Shure's today, I think they may have been 110's.. I managed to resist the temptation to put my Westone 3's in while he was there.

The only thing I ever see at the gym or my college is stock iPod buds..... ugh..... and the cheapo Sonys I wear to the gym. Theres no way I'm going to wear nice cans where I lift. Mind you I'm in my 40's so if I spotted something that even remotely looked like a decent set I'd be looking closely!

For a few years my son was dragging along a set of Denons I bought in the 80's everywhere he went, but this was before he finally jumped on the iPod wagon and was always carrying a Discman when he was going somewhere.

Sennheiser PX-100 when I came back home and saw myself in the mirror. Was about to ask the guy if he knows about that whole head-fi thing... but could resist

I was at the Apple store in Boston and saw a guy with Ultrasone Edition 9s and it turned out to be a fellow hi-fier, Golden Ears. First time I ever spotted the UE-9s out and about. He was playing it through the TTVJ millet amp and lossless files off the ipod. Sounded really sweet.

This is going to seem completely odd...

But I SWEAR I saw a girl at the train station the other day wearing DT990s while wearing the most worn and tattered clothes ever.

Perhaps she cares about good sound that much?

Those crappy clothes cost her more than the 990's....Either recently or when her aunt bought them in the 70's
