You mentioned that you ordered the Blon, after that have you considered the TFZ no3?
It would compliment the Blon. Both bassy with the Blon smooth signature and the no3 dynamic signature.
I have heard all four and own three of them, and that's my experience. But we all have our individual preferences.
If you have money to burn, the answer is always yes.
They have a very different sound signature. TFZ T2 is much more in your face and the CNT1 is warmer. Bass is similar on both but a bit tighter on the T2.
Buy both!
How does the BQEYZ BQ3 do compared to the TRN V90, especially on sub-bass? I'm looking for a budget hybrid "basshead" IEM and these two will be at a similar price point on 11/11.
I listen to EDM and Metal mostly so I want an IEM that will be punchy and speedy at the sub-bass with little to no bleed on the mids. The TRN V90 seems to cover all these bases, and is featured on many "Top X" lists, but I wonder if I can do better with the BQ3 which is rarely talked about anymore.
Then there are NICEHCK DB3 and BQEYZ BQ3 to consider too. So have to choose between DB3, BQ3 and CNT1 to satisfy my basshead's needs. Unfortunately one of the three. What is the best option?
Which IEM under $250 offers best bass quality (in terms of refinement)? Some say EX800ST is good because of quantity, not refinement. So are there any refined bass IEMs at this price point (not bloaty, not muddy, not thin) giving detailed and impactful, Audeze like bass?

Well this is the "Basshead" IEM thread. The lists on the first page were constructed around the idea of finding which IEMs (basshead or not) with high quality bass could be pushed to extreme bass levels using EQ and amplification- an extension of the similar Hardest Hitting Cans thread. That naturally favors certain types of bass tuning so YMMV in terms of what you consider "quality".
Of course those lists were made a long time by people that mostly moved on to other things so its more of a free for all conversation now.

So TH900 and LCD2 for headphones and iSine series plus EX800ST for IEMs.
Also, Blons can take massive amounts of bass for low price.
I used Blons with AUX mode on my G7 to 75/75 and it showed almost zero distortion with bass boost of +10dB (tested on Melanie Martinez "Carousel" which has this low bass vibrations)
It's a bit like the BLON bass but with even faster attack and decay (using that as an example since you mentioned that you've used it). The sub-bass extension is also more apparent on them compared to the BLONs IMO. I believe that they are on sale at AliExpress right now, you can place on order as it's 11.11.
Just to clarify those aren't my recommendations, was just trying to explain the rankings. (Haven't heard iSine, ex800 only a little. I'm not remotely a bass expert quality or quantity-wise and as mentioned have more of an ex1000 or 2000J style bass preference).
