alright, car subwoofer is very deep for bass I haven't really had iem that has same bass as car subwoofer, even stereo with subwoofer doesn't go as subwoofy,

it's probably to do with car acoustics and that you actually get more bass if you are away from subwoofer. but ye some subwoofers are really nice, for iem it only been bass for sake of quantity

vapman? update on radius?

remember that a sub in a vehicle is a box within a box.  that's why it reacts the way it does, thats why you hear and feel the bass so differently.

Comparing the radius with sony 7550s amped, the sony's take a lot more power. I am using my lg v10 into my xduoo xd-05 dac/amp. The bass boost on this thing is incredible. They both take it. The sony's hit harder, the radius, lower, but can't take as much power. I'm streaming tidal hifi, so no eq. Straight out of the zx2, the radius are sublime, deepest bass I've heard. ZZX2 has more deep bass than lgv10/xduoo amp together.

what kind of adapter are you using?

To truly get subwoofer bass, I use Viper4Android. I've tried a couple Fiio DAC's and amps but their bass boost is not the region I want...I like a 20-80hz slope.

I'm using the usb dongle on left that came with the xduoo xd-05. I also bought one for the zx2, then realized I'd be using the xd-05s dac. While it sounds good that way, I find out of the zx2, analog sounds best. I use that when it want to use big cans amped with zx2, and I also get to use the xd-05s massive bass boost. It's too much for most iems.

By the way, I use industrial Velcro strips to connect dap's with amps. Even my new zx2 got one. It doesn't need amping with iems but it does with big cans. It still fits in leather case. These Velcro strips hold 10 lbs so it won't come apart. I have to be careful pulling my v10 apart from the xd-05. The lg has the powerbear case and it looks like the case could tear apart pulling them away, that's how strong this Velcro is.

probably a clearance stock :D

ie800 is made in germany those in China, many fakes

flare audio are probably just as good often sold for 100 euro used or new, best iem that I owned, sennheiser amperior is best in headphone but too much highs on it but probably both identical for technical abilities flare might be a slightly better

The inexpensive Sennheiser IE800's look an awful lot like the "**** DT2's"

<< link removed >>

I read in another forum that links to obvious fake Senn800's were not allowed.

Suffice to say that there are lots of obvious fake IE800's around.

Buyer Beware....

64 audio's U series being sold on massdrop   u8 @ $700  ($250 for U2 + $450 for upgrade to U8)

A friend just snatched the last U12 (is now sold out) for $999

Really great deal for the U8 as well, $300 below lost price. Which is better U8 or Noble Dulce Bass?

Cheers.
