Confused. How does that answer the 2.5 vs U8 bass question?

Jincuteguy was looking for a refined, bassy IEM. I was merely providing an alternative to the se846 which I've also heard :)

Yea i'm looking for a Refined, Bassy IEM like the old ASG 2.5 which I had before I sold it.  So now im looking again to see if there's anything that is better than the 2.5 right now on the market which are Refined + Bassy IEM

, which I haven't seen that many except a few that HBB reviewed are 1964 V8 and their new U8 version which is right now is at the Top of the Max Refined List Bassy IEM if I'm not mistaken?

Never even heard of them suckas.

13.5 and 15.4mm drivers, there's a 'budget' model and a more expensive one that looks like it does the dual chamber thing. Amazon has the cheaper one on import, thought I'd try it out since my xb90 went kaput, maybe later this year when I have more time.

only other mentions on the thread: http://www.head-fi.org/t/761433/the-best-iems-for-bass-are-the-iem-basshead-club/915#post_11684770

Actually looking at Kakaku both are pretty cheap <$20, Amazon pricing is just funky between different colors going as high as $70 for the red ones..
Hopefully at least some competition for the JVC XX's, though I have read recent XX versions are better at the non-bass stuff than the old ones.

I'm ordering those IEMS just because they are dirt cheap.
