I feel I may be a bit late but actually I'll check tomorrow when the store opens. Few weeks I think I've had them.

You have to go to the classified adverts section, then get set up for “dual authentication” ….Anyone know how to create a listing? Wanting to put my up GS3000x for sale but I can't see anywhere on the site to make a listing.

Dang, friend. That sucks you didn’t get along with them. Wish I had the coin at the moment you should have no problem selling them at a good price on here if need be.I feel I may be a bit late but actually I'll check tomorrow when the store opens. Few weeks I think I've had them.
Uncomfortable for long periods, a bit too bass light for me. Seen an Oppo PM1 for sale I'm tempted to try planar magnetic.
Agreed. L-pads are the most uncomfortable pads ever.Uncomfortable for long periods, a bit too bass light for me. Seen an Oppo PM1 for sale I'm tempted to try planar magnetic.

Uncomfortable for long periods even with g-pads huh? Are they heavy? I’ve never tried a g pad. But seems like all Grados aren’t good for very long periods of listening and the lighter the headphone setup is (including cable.) the longer you could realistically wear them.
G-pads sounds wrong on RS-1x. If you like the soundstage of G-pads look for GS1000 or GS3000 series that were tuned for it.Uncomfortable for long periods even with g-pads huh? Are they heavy? Oh if I ever went rs1x I would go f pad. Are g pads better for long term comfort in your experience?G-pads sounds wrong on RS-1x. If you like the soundstage of G-pads look for GS1000 or GS3000 series that were tuned for it.

** An absolutist view. For me, if I want RS1x rendition of “Row M”: G-pads. If I want RS1x rendition of “Row C” or closer: F-pads (Grado or TTVJ Deluxe Flats).G-pads sounds wrong** on RS-1x. If you like the soundstage of G-pads look for GS1000 or GS3000 series that were tuned for it.

I have had several models made after 2016 in L pad or f pad form. Honestly the only Grado I could wear around the clock were my 80e’s with L pads after I really stretched the pads just enough to clamp on my ears and softened the pads. I have had 80e, 225e, ps500e, rs1e, and now I just have my hemps. Which sit right in the middle of those for comfort. Ps500e being the worst.…? … have you listened to these … ?

Honestly looking back now it seems the better they sounded to me the worse the comfort was for me. I thought I seen someone on here stating that g pads weren’t good for long term comfort, but no I have never tried them.
