My favorite B model is the B3. After this, hum, can't really tell wich one i prefer between B2 and B1 TBH.

Would like to have some opinions on sonorous viii paired with wm1z
In comparison vs an iem from 64audio like tia trio or forte.

How would sonorous 8 be in sound quality against those 2?

How deep the sub bass goes?
Do the treble can get peaky?

I listen to edm mostly is this a good headphone for this type of music?

Where can I get a replacement cable for the E5000? I had a mishap and the casing is cracked near the right side connector. It still works just fine, but I'm going to need a new one eventually.

Edit: I'm actually checking out some cables on AliExpress. Might get this and/or this. The amps I use are the FiiO Q1 MkII and a Radsone EarStudio ES100, both of which offer balanced output. Is that worth looking into? I'm completely clueless about the whole balanced/unbalanced stuff.

I picked up a really nice cable for my E5000 from one of the banned manufacturers. The only thing is it has the pvc ear hooks so you can’t wear them down, but it comes in a variety of terminations. The FiiO LC-2.5b is also compatible with E5000, but the other terminations are not available in that style.

Where can I buy one from Final? I tried Googling around but came up empty handed.

$200 for the E5000 cable is far from what I would call good value. The whole E5000 set is $269.

I am also looking for a good replacement cable, the original hardened in matter of months and I want to replace it.

Yeah, $200+ for that cable is crazy. Sure, it sounds good, but $200+ good? And yes, it's annoyingly stiff right out of the box. That's been my only real complain about it, but it's a big one. Just obnoxiously lacking in flexibility.

I will be getting a review sample sometime before the February show in NYC. My contact at final in Japan tells me there has been overwhelming demand after a very successful introduction at a show there, so they are trying to keep up with the demand.

I am impatient of your comparison with your B1. The B1 ended up being too bright for me and the midrange was a bit thin. Confort and finish were amazing, though. Please keep us updated.

Final F3100 caught me off-guard a bit as it is quite surprising how they've completely gone unnoticed so far, 4 years after release. There aren't even many reviews which is rather surprising.

Nonetheless, I'm using them quite a bit nowadays, because they have a unique signature that sounds really good with vocal-centric/acoustic tracks. There are a fair bit of quirks as well, e.g. they need a fair bit more power than most single-BA driver IEMs (apart from Etymotic ER4 series), and they're so lightweight and tiny that it becomes a bit hard to remember which pocket you put them into. The cable is also surprisingly more robust than it looks.
