I bought the M11 and I have the following question, if the battery of M11 dies it will be possible somehow to replace the battery with new one?

You may send it back to us for repair or buy a battery for replace. But the repair may not be easy because you would need to disassemble the M11.

M11 is flat, neutral sounding DAP. Very transparent, no color in sound.

You could try to download the app you mentioned from https://apkpure.com/, then copy the apk file of the qualified app to the M6, then open the File Management app, locate and click on the apk file to install it.

I have a small issue with the M11 in DAC mode, which I am using to output via my pc when using Roon.

Roon is giving me Bit Perfect output for example using 24/96 files and yet the screen on the M11 is reading 96khz¦32bits

I am concering that some upsampling it taking place.

Can @FiiO explain or anyone else who may know for sure? Perhaps the 32bits is max bit rate only, not actual?

Yes, the 32bits is max bit rate. And it keep showing 32bit in M11 when working as USB DAC.

So I guess someone is going to have to test the new Amazon HD on the Fiio. Very intrigued to read impressions! Anyone even tried it yet?

Signed up for 90 day trial.

Working fine so far, Bluetooth-ed to ruarks just fine. Quality ok
Not sure of how to check actual rate of stream hi-res/MP3 etc

Tried some artists/albums that are unobtainable on other streaming sites... 2 found out of 3 so far.

More importantly someone needs to confirm if the Amazon Music app bypasses Android’s audio stack and actually outputs true high-res on the M11. Somehow I doubt it...

Playback quality aside, my reservations about installing anything built by amazon is that it will spy on my device and try to sell me crap.

Did you update the device with beta firmware floating around ?
I’ve never had the issue myself but others told the update has fixed it.

I just downloaded a version of Netflix and installed it on the M11... Seems like there is a slight delay/sync issue with the playback sound. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated

Netflix is still quite good. YouTube is basically unusable if you need lip sync. Plex is actually very good. I've asked @FiiO to help fix the YouTube (and now Netflix) lip sync issue, but no luck. I guess for now, Android or not, a dap is a dap, not a movie player (even though the M11 ironically supports AptX LL which is meant to 'fix' this issue for BT headphones).
