My dealer and AK website say early to mid December. I hope we get some reviews from Korea and other early release areas so final decisions can be made. Only silver lining I can see.

Just got all the info on Odyssey delays and will be updating the various threads.

While some regions have already received a limited number of Odyssey units, there will be a global delay in fulfilling all existing orders. All North America orders are expected to be fulfilled by mid-December, if not slightly earlier. We were told we could get a few now and wait for the rest of the shipment until the first week of December but opted to wait for the entire shipment to become available in December to fulfill all orders at the same time. I cannot confirm at the moment what other regions are planning on doing or how long they may have some delays.

The US AK website now says mid December? Has the US release been pushed back another month? If so, why? If the idea behind the original release date was so "everyone can receive them at the same time", how are some already being sent out, but the US is a month and a half behind?

Why the delay? Odd, since they were actually made in the US, but now they're a month and a half away?

Pretty flakey IMO. I may just cancel and wait for the a new Empire Ears version.

Doubtful that "a new Empire Ears Version" will happen. Collabs generally stay as collabs in this industry.

Yeah, prob won't be an EE Odyssey. But I'd bet dollars to donuts that this collab R&D will help make EE's next TOTL venture even more successful!!
