Well, because my work has me traveling during the week, I've found it very difficult to get ear impressions done at a local audiologist.  I did decide on the JH 5 Pro's, but the order will have to wait until I'm able to get some impressions done.  Hopefully soon, as my Sennheiser MX300's really suck at drowning out loud jet engine and chatty passenger noise.

There is a new company called 1964 Ears and their stuff is said to be nice and is very cheap (Top of the line quad driver custom is 500$). If you look at their appreciation thread, their quad driver keeps up with the UM3X and UE 11s(I think, might have been the reference).
