My PD had trouble reading fat32 format of 16,384  Allocation.

I had to reformat fat32 with 32768 Allocation.

Allocation size is important, it seems; at least it read with the fastest speed possible.

FWIW

That is correct. The User Manual specifies FAT32 @ 32768 Allocation.

Shouldn't need to ask but how do you set the time on this? In the "Settings" menu under "Time" I have the minutes highlighted which means it is easy to change up or down. Cannot seem to highlight the hours in order to adjust.

Hey guys, I'm wondering which is better I'm planning to buy a new dap from Cheap DAP (Benjie S5) I can't decide between Sony NW - A35 or Plenue D.. any comparison ? I've heard that the A35 UI is now more responsive since the latest firmware update

Hi guys I am a proud owner of cowon PD and I own a Munitio NINE iem. Is there any recommended amp to boost the bass?
TiA

Not sure you'll benefit from an external amp. I've tried FiiO E6, E12 and Brainwavz A0001 and could not hear any improvements in any part of the frequency range. Did you try to play with EQ and Jet Effects. Mach Bass can boost a bass quite a bit. All Cowon players are renowned as a stand alone units capable to satisfy most of sonic needs without any external amplification.

tried with eq it works really well just thinking if can it be more "bass-ful" lol

On the EQ turn down the 80 Hz, then go and turn up the MachBass to max. Go back to the 80 HZ on the EQ, set your volume max to where you prefer at most. Now increase the 80 Hz little by little before it distorts then back off one or two gains. You will have to experiment with the Q, Narrow, Wide or Normal depending on what you and your headphone/IEM prefer.

This should give you maximum deep bass.

Can anyone help me with folders not showing up?  I just got a brand new Plenue D and added about 2 dozen folders via USB.  Most show up but half a dozen jazz albums that are entirely in FLAC form don't show up anywhere when I browse. It's as if the player doesn't read them.

What is going on?

Thanks.
