Comply Tips Review

I just thought I'd post my experience here with the Customer Service dept.  
 
I sent an email to CS about shipping with UPS and requesting that they bring back the USPS shipping options.  I had ordered some tips while Canada Post was locked out, and Comply had removed the USPS shipping option.  My email was after Canada Post was back to work.  Anyways, about a week later, CS responded to my email, saying that they were bringing back the USPS option, and because it took so long to respond, they would send me a free pair of tips.  I thought this was really nice of them, and not what I was expecting at all.  CS shipped out a set of tips for me, in a color I requested, and they used the priority shipping method to get them to me.  I was thoroughly impressed, and have no problems recommending Comply to anyone looking to get a new set of tips for their IEM's.  Fantastic customer service.
 
I would like to send a special thank-you to Becky Swanlund and Patty Carter in the CS dept.  They kept me fully informed and got me a set of free tips in a very fast manner.  Thanks to both of you.

Oh No problem, Just DO Not (please) discontinue. Ever. I try tips all the time and have used just about everyone Except customs. These Sphericals are the cream of the crop

Are the Ts series the ones that are sort of olive shaped? I bought a set when I did my last order and I think they are a great improvement over the previous ones I'd purchased. The shape is indeed easier to put in but I seem to notice better bass, which may be a result of a better seal.
 
Yeah, consider the desire to never see these go as having been seconded. If I had one criticism it's that they're only in black. However, I have a feeling that will change as the rest of the audio community realizes how much they rock.

Yup those are Them Doug> Better seal, on my westone 3's it brings out the mids more. Its perfect for them. And they Isolate even better than the P series

So, a small (actually fairly large) complaint about the website - I just visited it and suddenly the entire menu was blown out as a line-by-line list of hyperlinks (each and every company and earphone model was listed all the way down the page) and as such I couldn't navigate the site at all.  Basically, all dynamic elements on the page have been disabled and it looks pretty much the way things looked back when everybody used IE6.  I'm using Chrome, and didn't have this problem before.  Just thought I should point this out.

Also, what's the best way to have these shipped to Canada?  I checked a little while back and the shipping charges were a bit ridiculous...something like $10, which is almost as much as the eartips themselves are worth.  Is there no better way to get these here?

Suprisingly, my ears really want a very deep insertion for best soundstaging - so it seems only P series can deliver?
Or is there some other Comply with wider nozzle, but just as long when trimmed?
Standard T series is 3 mm or so shorter...

Mine too.  Bought a couple of packs of P series for my 535s.  I have a big giant head, so the deeper fit is welcome, though they're not as wide as the large shure olives I've been using, so the bass seems a little less pronounced.  If they made a fatter-at-the-base tip I'd be the first in line to snag some.

Whaaaa? Isolate better than the P? (He asks skeptically)

And lengthwise, can they go as deep? Any attenuation of the highs?

Hope this explanation makes sense and helps out.

No they don't go as near  as deep as the P's, but deeper than the t-100 meds (never tried the t large). I also can't compare to your infamous cut method as I wrecked 2 before you explained cutting "down" with army scissors, and only have 1 P left, but my guess is the Ts it's a little deeper, than the cut P's . See pics below they may help.
  Yeah they do Isolate a bit better than my P's Med. There is no where near an attenuation of the highs that the P's gives. Now I am not talking about the cut P's either in either instance.The cymbals /highs have just a little more weight, and work perfectly for my Westone 3's I'm going to attach a photo. I believe that the isolation is top notch due to the large size in one section of the  S series. Note the S's are Large as they fit me Perfectly. P's Large are nice but I'd lose too much, Highs and Bass presence. Bass is well there but not defined. 
 
Although these are Large s's and Medium P's The S series have a much thicker spot. PIcs below. Maybe that adds to the better isolation
Also while they are still up to the Killer comply comfort, they feel different than any others I've tried. A bit more substance (thickness) compared to the P's med And Large, t-100 Meds and slims
This may also add to the isolation improvement???
Also another big plus here, so far the S's look like they are not shrinking fast like others, and are more durable
 

 
 
 
Compared to the Large Shure Olives, While they don;t isolate as well, they sound better (to me) on my Westone 3's. 
Olives give too much punch on the bass resulting and a slight loss in mids and soundstage. Also notice that the cut is close to the 
end of the insert and the Ts's have a nice large opening. even compsred to the Olives Highs have a little more weight but fit perfectly with the mids and bass.
Unlike the other comply's I've tried, bass stays well defined also. Also another great design credited is the the bottom end tapers in
providing for a nice fit and comfort. Sometimes Olives feel they want to push out. I do Love the Olives as well when I want to really rock out with the Likes of deftones etc. with added punch

Don't want to go here, but I will anyways.
 
Would be very happy if Comply put the option of buying 3 or 5 at a time vs the now just 3. Buying 6 (3x2) is much more expensive than buying the qty of 5 Written above from Comply stating they did this to for ease in tracking sales.

Shipping is still too high> when Selling off Ebay my shipping charges are not nearly as high as Comply's First class. I'm also reading many complaints of international shipping costs from Comply.
I'll bet Shanes  DBA's that Comply's sales would increase with more reasonable shipping charges.

EDIT:
It probably would have been more accurate for me to compare isolation with the Large P's Vs the Large S's rather than Med P's with Large S's,(for me to make the claim that the S's isolate better than the p's) but regardless Isolation on the Ts series is superb. And I spend a good amount of time in public trans.

They look tiny (short) even next the medium P's... unless that's just an optical illusion.
 
The DBA - B2's require a very deep insertion. I wonder how they'd work without that being possible... or would it? Only one way to find out.
 
Make you a deal. One S-type of yours for two P-series (one trimmed, one not).

P's... I got lots of P's. But if you're 'S' poor and love 'em, you may not want to accept this swap, and I'll certainly understand. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
Obviously, PM is the place to finish this exchange if you so choose.

Sounds good Not S rich but 1 for 1 is cool> (Teh Cut Version) I'll PM you for an address exchange. Pics are not that much of an illusion, these are short and fat. I'm curious how you will fancy them with your rig. But one question,, don;t you get less of an insertion, when you cut the tips down? Pm on the way
