The human voice is slightly loose and the density is not high. The bass is elastic and soft, and the treble is light and straight up. The details have weak resolution.
In my opinion, the qualities mentioned by @audio123 in relation to the Soloaris2020/Hero can be applied to the difference between the Solaris SE and 2020 based on my recent comparison
However, in terms of technical ability, I find the Solaris 2020 to have an edge with extra clarity. It has a more extended and detailed top end with sparkle. As you have mentioned too, the Solaris definitely has the edge with soundstage and imaging.
I found the top end more present and that is reflected in the graphs. For me and my ears, this gives a greater sense of clarity and presence.. But we all hear differently and have our own preferences. The description of the Hero as "feral" is a really interesting comment and actually piques my interest.
Last week, I found a used Solaris OG at a wonderful price and condition and it's been in my ears non-stop ever since. Pairing them with a Chord Mojo, Final E tips, and a PW No. 10. The sound is a dream and my ideal signature - I love listening to pretty much everything on this thing, but classical (film scores) especially stand out. I own an Atlas as well, and had an Andromeda S for quite a while but recently had to send it back - wish I had all three to A/B side by side. I'd describe the Solaris as the perfect option for someone who can't decide between the Atlas and the Andromeda, and that person was definitely me. It, along my time with the Andro, has slowly helped me realized I'm not a bass head but do love DD bass when done right.
The fit was my only worry, but luckily I have big ears and it, with the right size tips (I go a size or two smaller than usual) fits very snug without much discomfort. If I had the budget, I would have stepped up to 2020 to alleviate the small issues I do have with the fit. Safe to say, I'm going to be happy with these boys for a while. It's the perfect contrast to my other endgame IEM which is the K10c.
What are some of your favorite tracks to listen to? I'd love recommendations.

Hi guys, need your help, has anyone tried out Solaris with the AK Sr25 DAP? What are your impressions bout the pairing?
I am thinking of getting one to replace my sp1000m and its poor battery life just cause charging it once every few hours is starting to bother me. I'm just wondering if it would be a major downgrade in terms of sound quality.
Other DAP suggestions will also be appreciated.

The Synergy is great between the SR25 and Solaris SE. Better than Kann CUBE in my opinion. I can't comment on the SP1000M as it was so long ago that I owned it.
Can someone suggest a good 2.5mm balanced cable for the Solaris OG?
Something to look for in the sales section preferably so that it's used and cheap
I’m in Europe.
