Thanks!Campfire did not engineer any of the Trifecta variants to have sonic differences. They only differ visually.

I know it might have been posted before, but what are everyone’s favorite tips to use with Trifecta?
Either default foamies or Symbio W.
The Symbio have not worked for my ears on any other IEM so was indeed an interesting outcome.

I use Eletech Baroque's. The bundled foamies are good too for the upper freq attenuation if needed.
I can't do foamies. Lately EarTune Fidelity U. Baroque not bad but not ideal for Tri for me. AEX70 also pretty good, as are SpinFit W1.
Trifecta is killing it with this album. As I'm listening to this, I'm picturing my home country during simpler times. An era ago that I wasn't around for. I wonder if folks a thousand years from now will listen to this and dream of times like the one we are living in.

Teifecta is so hard to find and have a listen to. I had a short session in a JM Plus electronic in Taipei and did a very brief comparison with my Phonix (13 BA).
Listening to Trifecta feels like listening to music in a live venue and you are standing at the front row or even on stage, it’s not accurate but exciting, there is a sense of rawness, (like if you stand not in the best acoustic spot in the live venue and the frequency can blend together, in a good way)
In comparison, phonix feels like listening to a very good recording after it’s being remastered to top quality. Accurate and detailed, but I am not IN the music. I am observing the music from a far.
On simpler track the difference is not that huge, but with track with complex ambience Phonix (and IE900 which I briefly tested) felt thin while Trifecta wraps the music around you and give a more headphone/out of head experience.
Track:
Son Lux - All directions
Crone - H(She’s not dead, she is a ghost)
Dirty Three - Distant Shore
Josephine Oniyama - I think it was Love
Zbigniew Preisner - Van den Budenmayer Concert
Experimental or visceral music will feel too real and not suitable for Trifecta:
Damien Dubrovnik - Arrow 1 / 3
Croatian Arm - Towards Isa
I end up buying the Trifecta and it’s arriving on Tuesday! Will be a nice complementary IEM to Phonix and U12t.

Posted this in the PHA-3 thread but just thought it might be better suited here, does anyone drive the Trifecta with a Sony PHA-3 and like it? I've never explored anything more expensive than my PHA-2 and PHA-3 DACs....

This track is magic on Trifecta.
This Eletech Tyrian cable looks pretty epic with Trifecta. Royal purple and gold. I think despite it all this OG clear casing + gold is my favorite of all the Trifecta variants.
