What cable is it? It doesn't look like a stock cable...

It's not. Bought from a fellow HFer. Banned brand, apparently. It's pretty good but tangles like a mofo. Avail. on A'Zon for about $30. Can't wait for the occ cable from bgvp, though!

I don't think there would be a noticeable sound difference, but people here prefer a bit of copper

I just tried the pure copper cable and the different is not night and day but noticeable. Latter I post the photo

Sounding good... I would say without hesitation that this competes with some of the better on ear and over ear headphones I have heard. No joke. Insanely detailed!

I ordered these from Linsoul on December 22 at the suggestion of someone in this forum. [I can't remember who posted the tip, but Thanks a ton!]. Received Today [January 3, 2019]. For those still waiting, it will be worth it in the end, IMHO.

Is anyone here who still have their dm6 not shipped yet. Because i am hearing everyone here already received or was shipped. When have you ordered if already have? My patience of waiting is going to an end. Where is linsoul or other as massdrop receiving new stock for sending if people are still waiting more than a month and just receiving excuses as "supplier delayed". I heard it two or three times from famous A/V seller in Alie. And this is constant answer to the date change when it should have been sent and it wasn't. Now i hear someone ordered from linsoul 22 december and already have it. When ordering month before this date and still it isn't shipped. What? Someone already have it long time ago. Is bgvp making stock for some and for others not, or some sellers playing their games and lying.

Linsoul themselves said contact us before you order and will tell you the estimated shipping time for any specific color, i asked them about the Black one and they said it will ship withing 8-10 days, now it's way over 10 days and not even shipped yet!.
