Good news.  My Boos arrived.
Initial impression..... pretty good at this point.  They are definitely different than the rev 1's.
Probably need to break them in with the pink noise file. thingy.

Here are the Frequency Response Graphs of my Rev 1's and the Rev 2's.
Should I be concerned that the Rev 2 graph shows a significant dip below 80db at the 3 Hz range ?
I expected it tighter.

Yep that's pretty normal, mine also dips below 80db twice (at 4k and 9k hz respectively) but it's not particularly an issue. If anything, the mids are the strongest aspect of the LCD-2 rev 2 IMO.

Even at 4KHz, you're not exactly in mids range anymore.

Justin at HeadAmp.com

Ordered mine through him. Pleasure to deal with. If everything goes through smoothly, and my impressions of the GS-X v2 at the Austin meet are good I may have another order for him.

Well, I love the LCD-3s with my GS-X (and upgraded modules), so I would imagine the LCD-2s would also be spectacular!

The fit and finish of my Bamboo is outstanding.
I also like the new flat cable.  It's much more flexible than my rev 1's.

..... then there's the sound.

I have the rosewood version, not because i don't like bamboo, but because i wanted a change. I grew up where theres lots of it. Lol. I can't think of a better way to end a busy work week than with my LCD 2s and a six pack. Just like I'm doing now. :D
