buydig.com is an authorized dealer. they and beachcamera.com are the same company.
i bought my lcd tv and my es7 from them. my first es7 had a tear in the pleather or whatever ear part so i sent it bacvk and got a new one. if theres any problems with yours make sure they pay for your shipping back.

Does anyone know where to get the ES7's online and shipped to Canada for a reasonable price because most stores i've seen charge $40 international shipping when that clearly ridiculous. I was about to buy from ebay when this thread convinced me not too...

hey a fellow canadian! Yea im here in ottawa and I just ordered them from buydig.com (or beachcamera) for $74.95. Pretty good price if you ask me considering they cost 199.99 at apple :S. The only thing about buydig.com is that you need a credit card from the states (i have a friend so he ordered them from me.) J&R can ship to canada usually for pretty cheap.

good luck man

Too what extent do you have protection against fake products when using Paypal on ebay? There are a lot of cheap ones from china and 1 from the uk (around 50$ inc sending). I know it is to good to be true, but i wonder what Paypal could do when i do decide to buy from ebay?

From your pictures, the pouch is also legit. I don't think you need to worry

Awesome, that's very relieving to hear. I also thought that the right/left tags had to do with it being white opposed to the black ones posted on the first page.

The sound quality, in my amateur eyes, seems pretty good. The only thing that had me concerned was the bass. Maybe I read wrong but I thought these were suppose to have some fairly decent bass to them. If anything, the mid's and high's are much more evident with this unit.

Thanks for the clarification.

edit: Since these really are legitimate, I would recommend others to buy theirs from this seller. This seller is selling them for $45-55 a pair, shipped. Anyway, I emailed AT to have them confirm them. Hopefully they can put this to rest.

What's going on guys? A member here messaged me on eBay after I purchased my ES7's on eBay asking to post some pictures of my headphones. After reading around about fakes, I'm a little worried about mine.

The the biggest thing that makes me worry that mine are fakes is the box itself. I've seen some photos of other peoples' fake ES7's and my box looks very similar to theirs. But, after looking at the photos in the first page, my ES7's match every real feature EXCEPT the right/left tags. Mine looks like stamped metal like the fake one pictured opposed to the black sticker. Aside from that, they seem legit. I've never owned or previously listened to AT's before so I can't speak about the quality. They do, however, seem to have better sound quality than my old MDR-V300's, but then again they were $30 and not that great to begin with. So I can't really stand by my assessment.

Anyhow, I took plethora of pictures so I'll let the photos speak for themselves. If these are fake, I need to report this ASAP so please let me know. And without further ado:

Edit:

I almost forgot to mention where I bought these. I bought these off a seller named: goal.electric

Here is a link to his/her eBay feedback page:

I am seriously Considering buying a pair of these ES7's from goal electric and have been for a while, I have just been to afraid of being ripped off. I think I might go for it now, thanks to your post. If anyone could prove their authenticity that would be amazing. If I take the leap and do buy them, ill post my finding when/if I receive them.

The seller's "claim" is that they are a new store at eBay so they are trying to garner a good rep by selling all their goods "at cost". I've used these headphones for probably a good day or so. I just received these a few days ago.

If you do decide to buy them from this seller, be aware that when I purchased them, the seller did not ship them out for 8 days. After 8 days, I received word that they were shipped. It took an additional two weeks to actually receive them. Whether or not the seller shipped them out sooner and forgot to mention it, I cannot be sure, but it's not likely. So have some patience with this guy. Who knows, maybe you'll luck out and receive them sooner than I did.

Oh and one last thing, if you do get them, would you mind posting some pictures of the box? Thanks in advance.
