Have used a 5v with 2.4a and the cable is 5v with 1.8a. Is it the component problem, the battery, the charging part needs to be cleaned or something else instead. Your suggestion and help would be appreciated.

It charges but it just doesn't reach 100%? How far do you get? Are you using the original AK microUSB cable?

Hi there. Generally it mostly reaches 68% and using original cables. Have charged it for 12 hours and best i get is 92%. Then charge another 3 hours and still the same 92%

I guess you've tried conditioning the battery. If that fails in improving the 92%, then I guess time for a service (battery change).

You might wanna try with another cable or charger. I experienced that same problem with my previous Ak320 after I was doing burn in left overnight running on a Samsung phone quick charger. Not sure if it caused any damage to the battery but I was not able to get it to charge pass 98%. The battery will continue to discharge faster than it was being charged when I was using the player and charging at same time.

I solved the problem partly after I switched to using the Oppo VOCC USB cable and battery was finally able to reach 100% with overnight charge. I did try to recalibrate battery but problem did not go away.

I'm about to order the headphones Sony MDR-1000X, but as they are not APTX-HD, if LDAC is compatible with both, I would order these headphones.

I don't believe the AK players support LDAC. The Ak380 supports AptX instead.
