Amps that can drive the HiFiMan HE-6 planar headphones

Hello everyone,
I've been pretty happy with my EF-6 driving my 6's but a search for a new dac brought this to my attention:
It's the Geman built BMC Audio UltraDac and Headphone amp a nice one box sollution and it's gorgeous,
http://bmc-audio.com/index.php/ultradac-121.html
The makers website says it can drive the 6's easily and I've had some very good feedback from them direct, problem is I haven't seen any reviews of HE-6 owners having tested it.
Basically I'm worried if I buy it it might not be as good as my EF-6 and I only get to use it as a stand alone dac which to me is a total waste of an awful lot of dosh. http://www.moon-audio.com/b-m-c-ultradac-dac.html
By the way the dac side is supposed to be pretty amazing (plenty of reviews confirm and the personal assurance of a fellow Head-fier Johan Cheers mate.
Has anyone here tried it with the 6's?
Cheers guys
Alex

I don't see any real specs for the amp section. I would be wary.

Hi thanks for advice, yes I am being wary, 'cause the nearest demo unit to me is 600miles in London.
I will take my time deciding but will take all the help I can get.
I've had a look at the Audio gd site and there's a few that would fit the bill at a lot less cost but a full size chasis is too big for my little shelved trolley that I wheel around to my listening position (wifes orders lol) and the half size chassis look tiny, the max width is 367mm. Any more one box options that'll rock my 6's?
Sorry guys if this has been covered but it's a masive thread

Devialet 120, I am using it for past one year. For me HE-6 along with Devialet is end game.

Very nice looking bit of kit but out of my price range @ £3990. I would defo buy a trolley with a wider shelf to sit that on LOL
Are you tapping off the speaker amp?

yes directly out of speaker amp, it is priced at $6500 here in US, but I was able to get special price from a dealer for $4500.

'
well done getting a very good discount.
Who made your cable extension? I made one for myself a few years back for my first HE-6 but let it go when I sold it on.
Any more one box sollutions guys?

You're going to have a hard time finding all in one solutions while integrateds are plentiful. Don't you want to be able to pick each part of the chain? What if you want to use a turntable?

Laptop headphone rig only for this search wont need a phono stage, as I said I was looking only to find an excellent dac for my ef-6 and i got side tracked.
If as you say there's really nothing out there one box then I might as well calm down and get back on track to find a replacement dac.
Cheers

i'd go to around $1800 in the used market

I really like the Questyle CAS192D with the HE-6.
