Still no review on the HS1300SS or graph for it?

Kinda interested in it, but seeing the graphs for their other iems. Their treble looks scary for me.

Nice, I am very interested in seeing the graph for the treble area specifically. Since these other models look pretty sharp with the treble.

So far i didn't really feel any discomfort with the treble. It's pretty tame but it extend well imo

You didnt have any problem with the Tanchjim Hana though right? We got different sensitivites lol.

But seeing those graphs, acoustune seems to have a V-shaped sound on pretty much all their iems. So I guess the bass quantity will mask some of the treble peaks.

which iems are those?

A bunch of other acoustune models. Just to show that acoustune seems to have the same kind of treble on a lot of their models, so very likely for the HS1300SS to be similar as well.

Hana is peakier tho, i do feel it can be tiring for some but 1300 isn't as spicy & shouty as hana. It's pretty thick sounding actually

I would say Acoustunes really don't sound as harsh as the graphs suggest, I was initially worried about the treble peak when I purchased the 1695, but they don't sound shouty or sibilant to me, or even V shaped, but rather balanced. I think Acoustune did a good job with the upper mids/treble where they include enough upper end details and sparkles without making sounding too intense. This brand is definitely well suited for listening to Japanese female vocals, as a lot of Japanese brands often are.

Thanks for the feedback! What would you consider a step up of the 1300 from Acoustune's lineup? 1657?

Yes, the '57 is the next step up. Traditionally, this is the Bassy model, '77 the treblehead's' model, '97 being the flagship-Neutral, the culmination of all things good in the Acoustune range...

I concur, having the 1670ss & living with for 2 years now. I'd say they're an honest pair. The recording's bad, it will shamelessly show. But when the recordings' decent, our ears are in for treat...

My 1670ss on aet07 tips & Taekyo cable. This should be the "scariest of them all in the brilliance region" model. My graph is not as polished as your graphs, but it is quite clear there's the classic 3 descending treble peaks.
The bottom peak goes all the way down to 49 (on Sony Hybrids), but was captured @ 69...
