Hi,    I'm a noobie. -    I have these comfy t400 tips on my Pannasonic  hje900 (which are awesome btw).   They rip & fall apart like every 3 weeks WTH!   Is there a better 'material' foam tip to use?   Its crazy to spend $$ a year on replacing these things constantly.
