Replace InEarz P350 mostly used for gym / running
I've been fairly happy with my custom in ear monitors InEarz P350 for the last few years but they are getting quite beat up and the seal isn't what it used to be. Apparently our ear changes shape over time. Not a critical listener, uses iPhone as media player. What would you recommend...- dakkar

Ultimate DIY: the 3.5mm 1/8" mini jack plug collection thread
Hi, just got an iphone 5 and with the bumper case, my L-shaped connector for my IEM no longer fit. What would you suggest? I need an extension that is as skinny as the original Apple plug. Thanks!- dakkar

Recommandation for Silicone custom in ear monitor
Well, I have not been here in a while, but once again looking for advice from the community. I had 2 sets of customs. One were Livewire (2 drivers) and the others were silicone 1 driver from Fisher Hearing. Now my first pair just had a terrible (for them and me!) crash as I was hit by a...- dakkar

Put new cables on silicone customs
Hi, Havn't been on this forum for some time as all my IEM needs (and budget) were filled. I was happy with my Fidelity Audio and another paid of custom silicone IEM (forgot by who). In any case, here's the situation. My silicone pair are super comfortable and are ideal for...- dakkar

Looking for soft material custom
How about Fisher Hearing? Anyone has some experience with their own basic model? Or would it be worth it to buy some decent generic then have them re-shelled?- dakkar

Looking for soft material custom
Looked at Starkey who refers to Tunz who refers to ListenHear. But nowhere did I find the info about the material... I'm interested though. Somehow, it seems that silicone is more popular in UK than the US...- dakkar

Looking for soft material custom
Well, i've done it. I've stepped onto my faithful Freq. Crunch. No gluing back this time around... This time I'd like to try some customs from soft rubber. Sound quality is not a super high priority as I listen to a lot of spoken words I was very happy with the Freq's 2 drivers. What would...- dakkar

Advice on Cell Phone as MP3 player or dedicated source
Ok, here's the situation. I'm looking for a new cell phone (current over 3y/o and dying) and at the same time my Zune 8gig is having problem with the 1/8 connector. Reason, because I'm using custom IEM (Freq and Fidelity Audio), I found the output coming out of the zune to "loud". So in...- dakkar

Livewires - California Dreamin'
Quick update. I've received back my IEM from Fidelity Audio. Now it is much better. My left ear is great, but my right one is too big. Sound is great but gets uncomfortable after 10-15 min. Will have to sand it down a bit, but at least sound quality is great (they are dual) and the seal is...- dakkar

Livewires - California Dreamin'
Well, as I mentioned earlier in the thread, I had to send mine back with a new impression. Just wanted to say that I've had good communication with Catherine from the TN office both by phone (better) and e-mail (24-48hrs). Will give a final opinion once I've received my pair, but for now...- dakkar

Color is fine. The orange ones are Freqs of Nature (badly used) perfect fit. The other was sent to me by Fidelity Audio TN, but I think these are not mine. Catherine has received my e-mail this morning (from read receipt), but I have not heard from her. My guess is that I'll have to call...- dakkar

Well, I've received mines from the TN office. I think they messed up. It looks like I have someone else's impression. Strangely enough, I'm able to insert them in my ears but there is no seal and they are very uncomfortable. What do you say? Same ear or wrong ear...- dakkar

Well, not luck for me. I've finally received my order, but the fit isn't right. They look quite different from my Freq's which are super comfortable. Very disappointed. I'll put some pics up later. I'd like to have your suggestions.- dakkar

Found the number. 1-877-730-8806 I'm up in Canada. I have sent my impressions on June 15 and they were confirmed as arrived around the 20th. But I have not hear anything back from them and they have not charged my credit card either. I'll have to call them next week and see what's...- dakkar
