I've been fairly happy with my custom in ear monitors InEarz  P350 for the last few years but they are getting quite beat up and the seal isn't what it used to be.  Apparently our ear changes shape over time.  Not a critical listener, uses iPhone as media player.
 
What would you recommend?  Re shelling existing?
 
My budget would be 500$ or less.
