Is there a modern-ish phone with the sound of the WM8740 DAC? It's my favorite one and since it's not in production anymore was hoping to get something similar in my next phone. Have a V20 atm and it's not as good as the WM8740 DAC to me.

This destroys the G4 which is why I bought this just a couple months after getting the G4. In every aspect this is the greatest phone I have ever owned, tested, tried or held. My only beef is there is no safe root method yet.

Picked mine up today, it's almost great, really need it rooted to get Titanium backup on it so I can restore all my data.   As far as sound goes, it's on par with my iBasso D-Zero Mk2, bass is a bit more controlled i think on the V10. (or not as rumbley) Either way I'm happy with the sound...

I had not heard before that it would up sample mp3 files automatically, not sure how that is going to play out.

Was finally able to get the demo from my local t-mobile store out to my car to listen to it on my stereo as well as on the headphones I brought into the store and I have to say it's as good as my iBasso d-zero mark 2. In fact it may even have better low end control.

I just got Neutron working with my ibasso d-zero mk2 on my G4 not sure the V10 is going to sound as good considering all the problems people are having. Anyone already have the D-Zero Mk2 that can share differences with the V10 sound?
