 Sad to here about the POOR customer service and support. I previously bought on-line  He 500 (paid to return the old version for the new) and He 560 . I will put my next purchase on HEK or the new Shanghai or  the Tube amp on HOLD for now.

I'm in the market for a new headphone may be HE-1000 or Abyss and now comes the HD800S. I had listened to the HD800 before and it was not my "cup of tea". Still having and loving my HD 650 though. At the current "crazy" pricing of headphones I have to hold on to my wallet before listening to...

A few weeks ago I listened to the combo. The TT can't drive the LCD 4.

Hopefully all the mentioned issues will be resolved. Still having my HE 500,  HE 560 and  intend to get the HE 1000. Until all the issues resolve I put the purchase on hold. May be I will give the new Audeze LCD 4 a listen.

longbowbbs,   I'm using MYTEK DIGITAL Stereo 192-DSD DAC for hp listening and already own a pre-amp, Audio Research REF5 SE. Hp in my "stable" HE-560, HE-500, Senn 650 and V-Moda M100 (for general listening). Future LCD3'f or HE-1000.      Does the cross feed on the 430HA make any difference?

Imo, the provided cable is well built. They can customise hp cable to your liking.

I'm keen to purchase either the Cavalli Liquid Gold or the Neo. There is no Cavalli dealer in my country so cannot listen to it. Heard and read many positive reviews and threads on the Liquid Gold.   How is the Liquid Gold compared to the Neo?
