finally ditching the audigy 2 zs, but before I do that I wanted to know if the E-MU 0404 is good enough for mp3 playback on the K81dj's, or should I consider other options?

I am not worried about gaming. Just need it for music.

I listen to mp3s mostly..~192 rate Is there anything that can drastically improve the quality of the mp3s in the $200 range? Is the upgrade worth it with the A500s and the KSC35s?
