quick question for everyone. are the line-out pins the same as other ipods? i.e. can I use LODs from other ipods for the touch?

I have an apple ipod touch too. it's so nice, but it's a little too expensive for me to mod =D

haha! I was on my iPod touch. The spell check automatically changed "modded" to "nodded" My obbligatos are burning in nicely. Will post impressions in a few days.

I'm in the process of building a beefier dock like ALO. Basically I want a slot for the iPod with a plug at the bottom of the slot. It should be able to charge, transfer data, and enclose some big caps. I'm trying to think of a cheap way to accomplish all this. Jon, maybe we can brainstorm...

I also used wire wrap. It is from Radioshack and *looks* silver coated.
