In PC did you check the sound output option. You may have to select it instead of the default option. Works fine using the USB c cable for me on my PC. Try the 3.5mm wire. I don't use the USB C to USB C outside of charging the headphones

I'd be more worried about the earbuds battery getting weaker or the earbuds stop working (planned obsolescence )within 2.5 to 3 years instead of the app getting abandoned.

I'm glad I ordered the AZ80s and the Jabras. The 80s are so much better. I might have to take these as my travelling set at times over my 5909s. I like the Jabras but the 80s are a lot more comfortable. Love them. And the app is amazing. Other companies should take note Edit: these sound so...

Thank you. I'm going try these out. You're right, I'm just not getting excited listening to the 10s. They're great for calls, but I'm sure most of the new earbuds are great for calls. I have a feeling I'll just prefer the AZ80s once they get delivered.

I might have an average head size (lol). Does your headband rest more towards the front on your head or towards the back. I should just keep using them until the pads break in

Holy crap. I just listened to Hotel California remastered edition on Qobuz on the 5909s and it was amazing. The instrument separation is just amazing. This thing took me back 25 years when I heard that song on my grandparent's epic speakers. Amazing pair of headphones.

I've used my XM4 like 20-30 times since I bought them when they released. So uncomfortable and I always hate it when I have to use them. Great ANC, sq is okay but thats about it
