For the most part, I listen to music I have on Media Center on my computer.  From the computer I go to a FiiO E17 DAC and from the DAC to the WA6.  The tubes in the WA6 are stock.

I have HD600s, Mad Dogs and Beyer T51Ps.  I like them all very much.

My first quality headphones was the HD600 and I have been very pleased with them.  I voted that way, looked at the results and they seem to be the clear front runner.

Well, I heard the Grado sound for the first time today via a new pair of iGrados.  Beautiful sound and quite comfortable... when I put them on right side up.

I listen to Senn HD600s, an open headphone and Mad Dog 3.2s, a closed headphone.  The sounds are different, but I love them both.

I am using the standard amp. card.  The HM802 also comes with the standard HM901 amp. card but I have not used it.  I'm quite pleased with the standard 802 card.

FWIW, I decided on the HM802.  I've had it about one month and it has been a joy. Beautiful sound quality through HD600s, Bose (Non-noise cancelling) around the ear, and Etymotics ER-4s..  I've not used any other amp.  The UI has been fine and is easy to navigate.

Well, I've had the HM802 for almost one month and it has been a joy.  The sound quality has been amazing and it has performed perfectly after resolving a couple issues early on.  Those issues were the result, I believe, not fully understanding the FW. 

Do you have both the MSPro and the RS1is Sky?  If so, could you compare their sounds?   Thanks,   Bill
