Noteworthy headphone designs
Quote: I just want to display the design in earnest, a post isn't valid or invalid because of the post-ers opinion of "what is beautiful," I actually hope to celebrate people's diverse tastes. It's the design of the headphone that I'm hoping to feature here, so in that light, discussion...- HeadCred

Electronic Music Exchange (House, DnB, Dubstep, etc.)
This thread has gone to the dogs, I'm finding little music of value. There appears to be a lack of authority mediating what quality of music is posted. I do realize it's a forum, and that there is no referee, but the community's got to criticize itself. -
Noteworthy headphone designs
I think everyone that has posted so far has skipped my two paragraph intro into which I put a good bit of thought. Please take my first two posts as examples, please do not consider this a conventional thread.- HeadCred

Earsonics SM3 Appreciation Thread - Third Time is a Charm?
hey cats, I just got a replacement pair of SM3's in the mail today because my last pair broke under warranty. I'm wondering if anyone has noticed what looks to be a new generation of cables? From the Y splitter to the headphones the cable is more tightly bradded and is way more nimble...- HeadCred

++ FULL-SIZE HEADPHONE RECOMMENDATIONS THREAD++ CLOSED: Please post a thread in the Introductions, Help and Advice forum
Quote: I think the 80's are your best bet, they are a sweetspot for entry level Grados. Though they are all great, the SR-80's (or the SR-80i's, the difference isn't night and day) are definitely a step up from the 60(i)'s, and the MS-1's lack a good bit of what the 80's offer. You...- HeadCred

Westone 4 or JH 5pro ?
Quote: I don't think you're going to get a better answer than this (with the W4 being such a new 'phone), even though the answer is quite neutra as to which one you sould choose. On the non-sound related front, a custom fit would have the most appeal if you do NOT want to...- HeadCred
