Quote: The CriCri+ has a DAC though, doesn't it? I guess the regular CriCri would be the Hippo to try -- does it have USB? (Still looking for an answer on my USB question above, though) How does E11 compare to the Hippos?- Dah-Dee

Review of Fiio E11
Quote: It is my understanding that the E11 has USB out? Is that correct? If so, would it be possible, and if so, better, to connect the E11 to an Android phone such as the Galaxy S3 via that method rather than by 3.5mm? I think I've read that USB would bypass the Galaxy S3 amp, making...- Dah-Dee

Amp or Amp+DAC with Galaxy S3 (sometimes laptop gaming) and DT 770 PRO 32 Ohm Limited Edition.
If I were going to just use the built-in DAC, what would be a recommended amp under $100 for the Galaxy S3? I'm guessing it would need to have USB, is that correct (vs. something like the Airhead)? FiiO E11? Thanks for any info.- Dah-Dee
