New Nanos=Less Volume???
Just a quick story on volume: I am at my university (UNT), sitting in the auditorium waiting for class to begin (keep in mind this is about a 300-seat class I guess) and down at the bottom some guy walks in to class (I am sitting a few rows up) with his ipod and music blaring. He has to be 50...- Underdog311

Ipod Hifi Initial sound impression
My entire family has Bose systems...they like them and enjoy them, but the main reason is because of its simple design. I have to agree with that, I like the design as well, its small and sounds good for its size. I think people buy them because its ready to go out of the box. There are no...- Underdog311

1Gig Shuffles a pain to find
I have been reading about a lot of shuffles being mysteriously found on the road, at the gym, even at a restaurant. You would think people would be more careful with their toys. Then again, I had a best friend who would have a new digital camera, and he would tell me he "found it on the...- Underdog311

portable rig for my daughter - ipod Nano
Go with the ipod, no doubt. If anything, its so simple to use with itunes that that would be the main reason why she would like it the best. It also doesn't hurt to have something that is considered the "it" thing to have.- Underdog311

The Westone UM1/UM2 Appreciation Thread
Well I am getting ready to try some UM1's (I have Sony EX-71's and its time to take another step up). I currently use an Ipod 5g and a Muvo TX FM. One question I have is concerning cord length since I haven't found to much on this yet. On my Sony's, there is two pieces to the cord. The main...- Underdog311

itunes and ipod Question
Hey guys, I finally have a 5g video ipod, 30 gig, and I am learning to use itunes. I have a question though... With itunes, I notice that if i just start listening to my music on my computer, when a new song begins it transitions into it. Bascially meaning, the old song fades out and the new...- Underdog311

Another 'what should i buy' question!
I am leaning towards picking up some Grado SR60's for my first headphone purchase besides earbuds. The price seems good and everyone seems to like them. However, I came across this sentence in one guys review of them and I was wondering if someone could shed some light on this since I have no...- Underdog311

Sony Connect Users...
Connect is a worthless piece of dung, I couldn't even burn several tracks I had purchased because of rights. Honestly, I have had it with Sony in general as far anything to do with digital audio.- Underdog311

iLounge confirmed audio defect gone in 5G iPods!
I am actually jumping ship from a Sony HD3 to a Ipod G5...but I never knew the 4g's had hiss problems as well (the HD3 has a pretty bad hiss that finally drove me out of my mind and ending up selling it on ebay). Hopefully, the 5g ipod will not repeat what I just got rid of.- Underdog311
